This document specifies the principles on which the personal data of persons using services on the website at rent.appartme.pl, which serves as an informational and consulting platform, are protected.

The Privacy Policy describes the types of Personal Data collected from the Website User, how they are collected, used, stored, and possibly shared, and also outlines the rights you have regarding the processing of personal data.

The Administrator is committed to protecting the privacy of Website Users. To achieve this, the Administrator makes every effort to ensure the security of personal data provided by the Website User when using the Website.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

  1. Contact Form

We process the data you provided in the contact form for the purpose of handling inquiries and responding to questions, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which is customer contact and providing answers to questions.

  1. Agreement

In the event of contacting us for the purpose of entering into an agreement, we process your data to take actions at your request before entering into a contract, such as conducting negotiations or presenting an offer (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Data will be processed for the period necessary to take actions at your request. If the agreement is not entered into, the data will be deleted; however, if the agreement is concluded, the data will continue to be processed until the agreement is fulfilled and claims arising from the agreement are statute-barred, based on the Administrator's legitimate interest, which is the defense and pursuit of claims (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR).

If you decide to use the services offered by the Administrator within the Website, the data provided will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. for entering into and performing an agreement in accordance with the Website Terms (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), as well as
  2. for providing services electronically, in particular maintaining a customer account in the store (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
  3. for processing complaints and ensuring proper customer service (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
  4. for archival (evidential) purposes to secure information in case of a legal need to prove facts, based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which is archiving documentation,
  5. for direct marketing of own products and services based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which is the direct marketing of own products and services,
  6. for tailoring the advertising offer to customer needs, presenting ads based on your consent and the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR), which is adjusting the category or individual offers based on your activity.

In the case of entering into a contract with you, data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract (including contacting you in relation to its performance, payment confirmation) and based on it (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

Your data is also processed for the purpose of pursuing or defending claims, which is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) involving claim pursuit and defense.

  1. Commercial Information

If you have given consent, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending commercial information regarding products and services, promotions, and offers based on your consent and the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is the direct marketing of own products and services (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR).

  1. Correspondence by traditional mail and email

If you send correspondence to the Administrator via email or traditional mail unrelated to service provision or any other agreement, the personal data included therein will be processed for the purpose of handling the request or inquiry submitted in the correspondence. 

The legal basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which involves handling correspondence and processing requests and inquiries in connection with business activities. Providing personal data necessary for handling requests is mandatory.
